About Me 

I moved to Sevilla Spain 17 years ago and, like many people who build a life abroad, experienced both the richness and the challenges of adapting to a new culture. What began as a journey through language, work, and connection gradually deepened into an interest in understanding myself and others, which led me to train as a therapist.

I am now a BACP-registered therapist offering English-speaking therapy for adults, in person in Sevilla and online across Spain and the UK. I work with people from diverse backgrounds, including long-term expats, recent arrivals, and those living internationally, as well as clients in the UK who prefer therapy in English or connect with my approach.

People come to therapy for many different reasons. Some are struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-doubt, or relationship difficulties. Others feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about their direction in life. You don’t need to have a specific label or crisis to begin therapy—sometimes it’s simply about wanting space to reflect and understand yourself more clearly.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and thoughtfully supportive. I see difficult emotions not as problems to eliminate, but as meaningful signals that deserve attention and care. Therapy offers a steady, non-judgemental space to explore what’s happening in your life, develop greater self-awareness, and support change that feels authentic and sustainable.

Through my work, I’ve learned that growth is less about becoming someone new and more about reconnecting with parts of yourself that may have been lost, silenced, or overlooked. I bring this understanding into each session, supporting clients to slow down, listen inwardly, and build a stronger sense of clarity, self-trust, and emotional resilience.
