Transformation Begins with an Honest Conversation

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or not quite yourself? You might be struggling with anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, loss of direction, or finding it hard to settle into life in Spain.

Perhaps everything looks fine on the outside, but internally something feels off.

I work with English-speaking adults offering therapy in person in Sevilla and online across Spain and the UK. People come to therapy for many reasons: navigating life changes, improving relationships, building confidence, coping with stress, exploring identity, or simply wanting to understand themselves better. Whether your difficulties feel long-standing or more recent, you don’t have to face them alone.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and compassionate. I offer a safe, thoughtful space to explore what’s happening in your life, make sense of your experiences, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

If you’re considering therapy or curious about how it might help, you’re very welcome to get in touch.

Welcome, I’m Catriona.

I’m a BACP-Registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist.

Life can be challenging for many reasons. You might be feeling anxious, low in mood, disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in unhelpful patterns. Sometimes the difficulties are linked to specific experiences; other times it’s simply a sense that something isn’t quite right. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

I work with English-speaking adults who are navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns. People come to therapy for support with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, life transitions, identity questions, or a desire for deeper self-understanding. Some clients are facing immediate challenges in their present lives; others are curious about longer-term patterns. Both are welcome.

Living abroad can add another layer. I have lived in Seville for many years and understand how relocation can affect identity, belonging, relationships, and emotional wellbeing. Expat life can be enriching, but it can also bring loneliness, cultural dislocation, uncertainty, or a loss of stability. Therapy can offer a grounded space to explore these experiences alongside any other concerns you may be carrying.

My role as a therapist is to offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and make sense of what’s happening in your life. Together, we can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, develop greater self-awareness, and work towards changes that feel meaningful and sustainable for you.

I offer therapy in person in Sevilla and online across Spain and the UK.

Therapy with me offers a calm, consistent space where you don’t have to hold everything together. It is a place to slow down, reflect, and be met with care, particularly if you are accustomed to managing, coping, or staying composed for others.

This work supports you to explore long-standing emotional patterns at a pace that feels safe and respectful. There is no pressure to perform, explain yourself neatly, or know exactly what you need. We work thoughtfully and collaboratively, allowing understanding and change to emerge over time.
