I’m a BACP-Registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist.

The experiences we go through in childhood leave a lasting imprint, shaping the way we see ourselves and how we relate to others. Often, without realising it, we find ourselves caught in the same cycles again and again, as though familiar situations keep following us wherever we go. These patterns can feel frustrating or even hopeless, but they are not permanent. With greater awareness, a shift in perspective becomes possible, and new, healthier experiences can begin to take their place
