What to expect from therapy

Therapy with me is a space where you can slow down, tune in, and begin to understand yourself on a deeper level. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or unsure why certain emotions or reactions keep surfacing, we work together to explore what's going on beneath the surface.

Sessions are 1 hour and held either online or in-person in central Sevilla. We’ll go at your pace, and each session is shaped around what you bring, whether that's a current challenge, past experience, or something you’re struggling to name.

My approach

I practice integrative therapy from a humanistic–existential perspective, which means I focus on what it means to be fully human: your choices, relationships, values, emotions, and how you experience the world. This approach is compassionate and non-judgmental, but also gently challenging — I will support you in uncovering the roots of anxiety, depression, self-doubt, people-pleasing, and emotional disconnection.

Together, we look at not just how you're feeling, but why so you can begin to shift long-standing patterns and move toward a more honest, empowered relationship with yourself and others.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start. Therapy is a process of discovering what’s already within you.
