About me
Let’s start with a conversation.
I came to Seville 16 years ago and, like many who move abroad, found myself navigating the beauty and challenge of living in a culture that wasn’t my own. What began as a journey to explore language and connection through teaching eventually led me deeper into the world of therapy, and into understanding the emotional patterns we carry, often without realising.
I’m now a BACP-registered therapist offering counselling and psychotherapy in English—both in-person in Sevilla and online across Andalusia. I work with people who feel stuck in patterns like self-doubt, anxiety, guilt, people-pleasing, or difficult relationships. Often, these are long-standing emotional habits shaped by early experiences and they can quietly shape the way we see ourselves and move through the world.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and gently challenging. I offer a space to slow down, make sense of what’s beneath the surface, and reconnect with your own voice and needs. With insight and support, real change becomes possible.
