FAQs

1. Who do you work with?

I work primarily with English speakers who are ready to address issues such as anxiety, stress, family trauma, people-pleasing, and difficulties with boundaries. Many of my clients are expats living abroad, but I also see clients based in the UK. For expats, I also offer support in adjusting to life abroad, as relocation can add an extra layer to challenges like anxiety, depression, and identity struggles.

2. What kind of therapy do you offer?

I’m a BACP-registered therapist and draw on an integrative approach. That means I combine different therapeutic methods to meet your unique needs, rather than using a “one-size-fits-all” model. Together, we’ll explore what works best for you.

3. How do online sessions work?

Sessions take place over a secure video platform. All you need is a quiet, private space and a reliable internet connection. Many clients find online therapy more flexible and comfortable than attending in person.

4. Do you offer in-person sessions?

es, I also offer face-to-face sessions in Sevilla, Spain. I have a Friday morning clinic in Los Remedios, close to Plaza de Cuba metro. If you’re based locally, we can explore this option.

5. How long is a session?

Each session lasts one hour. We can meet weekly or every two weeks, depending on what feels most supportive for you.

6. How much do sessions cost?

  • Online sessions: €40 per session

  • In-person sessions in Sevilla: €45 per session

I aim to keep my fees affordable while reflecting the professional standards of BACP-registered therapy.

7. How many sessions will I need?

That depends on you and your goals. Some people benefit from short-term therapy (6–12 sessions), while others find longer-term support more helpful. We’ll regularly review progress together.

8. What issues can you help with?

I support clients with:

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Low self-esteem and chronic self-doubt

  • Boundaries and people-pleasing

  • Guilt, shame, or difficulty expressing needs

  • Healing from dysfunctional family dynamics or childhood trauma

If you’re unsure whether therapy with me is the right fit, feel free to contact me for a no-obligation chat.

9. Is what I share confidential?

Yes. What you share in therapy stays between us. The only exceptions are if there’s a risk of serious harm to yourself or others, or if I’m legally required to share information. I’ll explain this fully in our first session.

10. How do I get started?

Simply contact me here to arrange an initial consultation. This gives us a chance to meet, discuss what you’re looking for, and decide whether we’re a good fit to work together.
